Everyone that know anything about Dub knows you can't go wrong buying a Mad Professor CD. "Crazy Caribs Meet Mad Professor" is no exception. I think this Dub CD is very Trancy. Other reviews call it Cosmic, but the beats remind me of slow Trance. There are lots of big names behind this CD, but what really counts is quality. There are a couple of nice steel drum Dubs and wispy high pitched wa wa’s I really liked. There are a couple of tracks with tribal and coconut beats that are superniceness. There are no lyrics on the entire CD, and it seems to be completely synthesize. Don’t get me wrong, the CD is a refection of Mad Professor’s usual niceness, but it is no “New Chapter of Dub” (Aswad).
